Refund and Returns Policy

At Simpsons of London, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, this Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to return items and receive a refund or replacement.

1. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer purchasing from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us in writing by email to us within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned Unused, in their Original Packaging, and in a Resalable Condition.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service for your return.

  • Refunds may be reduced if goods are returned damaged or not in their original condition.

3. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Perishable goods such as Candle Sand, once opened

  • Products that have been used or partially used

  • Items returned outside the returns period

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for your order.

  • Delivery charges will be refunded only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it so we can check availability. You will be responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
